We favor humans over ideologies.

Center for Inclusivity (CFI) is a Chicago-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that exists to support inclusive community building through curating public forums promoting thoughtful dialogue. We foster environments where people of all faith, gender, and sexual identities can seek to learn and be fully known. Our work is ever-expanding. It leads us to new cities, new perspectives, and new topics, equipping people with the tools they need to develop communities and ethics where all are welcome and included.

CFI Open Gatherings are thoughtful, public conversations across areas of ideological difference. We meet once a month to discuss spirituality, sexuality, gender, race, and other forms of identity, setting the table for a "story potluck" that's all about honoring vulnerability, diversity, and individual well-being.

We also host a monthly meal called No Agenda Dinner. This unstructured event gives Chicagoans from different backgrounds a chance can connect and converse across a dinner table.
